Just a couple of photos to wet your appetite for Katherine... Very much an indigenous town with many social problems. When they call it the red interior (note the colour of the lake), that is exactly what they mean...!! Many thanks to Andy and Peter for their enthusiasm and support. Wanted to play golf both in Jabiru and here in Katherine - guess what, both courses rained off..!! Bugger..!! Planning on going to Katherine Gorge tomorrow before leaving on Tuesday morning. More photos of Katherine to come....Had great night last evening, with Sandra, Paul, Greg, and Paul's three young welsh visitors who all got dolled up for night on the town in Katherine at the local golf club - instead of being home after midnight, the three arrived back at 10:30..!! That's Katherine for you..!! :-)
